Constitutional Convention
The Constitutional Convention has completed its policies and procedures and is now focusing on drafting the new governing document. Our goal is to ensure transparency and community involvement throughout this process.
Upcoming Meeting Announcement
We invite all community members to attend our next meeting on March 20, March 24, 2025, April 17, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the EBCI Tribal Council House. This meeting is open to the public, providing an opportunity for citizens to voice their concerns and engage in the process. Attendance can be in person or virtually via Zoom for those who cannot attend physically.

- You can read, print, or download the current draft Constitution from the links on the right—no registration required.
This site is dedicated to keeping the People informed with the latest news about the Constitution. We, the s-ga-du-gi (community) Constitution group, welcome any questions, feedback, or suggestions from the People.
